Size: A 1960's noir looking phone booth, but bigger in the inside, being with in the fifth dimension
Description: The outside looks like a 1960's phone booth and black, the inside is large with a Cyberpunk look.
History: How The Engineer got his Xvar after graduating from the Time Lord test or if you would like to call it 'academy'. He had some adventures here and there and plenty of companions. However after seeing what the Time Lords where becoming went to earth and hid his powers with in a pocket watch and the Xvar is hidden now.
