Like any Time Lord he can perceive time and have extensive knowledge of passed events where ever he goes. He can also implant a bit of the universe with in someones mind but not fully or it might kill them. He can also rejuvenate like other Time Lords.

Weaknesses:
His weakness is that he's a caring person, to caring in fact and would give up chasing an enemy if it would save people.

Clothing: The Engineer usually wears a plain white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a tie at the collar. The last button on the shirt isn't buttoned, doesn't like the chocking. Above the shirt is a black dress vest, for pants he wears a slim fit dress pants. Foot ware is just normal black boots.

Personality and History

Personality:
The Engineer is different than most Time Lords, in one sense he's a bit kinder but bit of a mad man. He tends to go on rants about things in his own way, and if you can't understand him that he would try and explain it but in a more of a ranting way. He doesn't like being told what to do, and hate races that think they are better than everyone else. The Engineer is also quite talkative, he actually prefers talking than anything else and would run his mouth all day if he could. However he isn't easily angered but it you do be careful of what you say around him he will go off. Another thing is he is a manipulator, he doesn't kill he got smart and manipulates people into doing what he wants.

History:
The Engineer has had a child hood like many other Time Lords and it wasn't such an easy one, well none for any Time Lord was easy. When he was to look at The Void, he embraced it, however there was more to come from that. Going through the test he had a real nonchalant attitude, and was basically a cocky bloke. As he aged he gain more experience like other Time Lords however he still stayed with his nonchalant and cocky attitude. And Changed rarely seeing as there was no point to it. Why change his when he thought nothing wrong with the way he acted and was? But that was about to change as the Time War started up right when he graduated.

He fought along side the great Time Lords and saw the devastation that battle could bring. And eventually he became smarter, and quicker on his feet, but again still nonchalant and cocky. Through out the war he eventually became so clever that he was a great manipulator. He was able to get what he wanted even if the person didn't want him to have it. The Engineer was so great at manipulating that the Time Lords that were with him almost decided to call him The Manipulator instead of The Engineer. But he was also great with machines and building stuff that he gained the name The Engineer any how.

As the Time War continued he notice the corruption with in the Time Lords happening. Of course he didn't feel like he was the one to try and fix thing and decided to desert them instead. He of course knew that they would track him down if they found out. So he decided to go to earth and hid there as a human for a while. As he got there he transplanted his powers into his pocket watch and became a normal human being. However now he hears his pocket watch talking to him more and more, as if it was trying to tell him something. The Engineer has decided to 'ignore' it for now, but how long can he do this?
