Abilities:

Once she opens her fob watch, she will be able to do the following:

Can read Old High Gallifreyan, build her own sonic screwdriver, easily repair a TARDIS (it is currently unknown if she could be able to have a link with one), invent new complex devices, and repair complex alien machines.

As she remembers being a Time Lord, she will be able to do the following:

• Regeneration - During a regeneration, the body often shines with milky white light also known as bio-energy or with a violent-seeming discharge of bio-energy. In other cases, there was no visible energy discharge. Though Time Lords could regenerate after severe injuries — one Time Lord even beginning to regenerate a complete body after being decapitated, the process only being cut short when a Time Lord is stabbed through both hearts before it can finish — regeneration does not seem to be guaranteed. Time Lords had a limited regenerative cycle of twelve regenerations, consisting of thirteen incarnations, after which they had no more regenerations and would suffer permanent death.
  
  
• Telepathy - Telepathy is the psychic ability to sense and manipulate thought, which often manifests as mind-to-mind communication. The term could also be used to describe and was often linked to mind-control, and certain types of hypnosis. Telepathy could take varied forms; from an exchange of images, experiences, to associated emotions and even mind-to-mind "conversation" between two or more individuals, however it was possible for a skilled telepath to monitor the minds of others without being detected. TARDISes such as the Doctor's Type 40 have telepathic abilities from dedicated systems known as Telepathic circuits; among other functions, these translate any language for the passengers. A rare mineral known as Matricite can block telepathy.
  
  
• Telepathic Contact - Telepathic contact was a Time Lord ability to form a telepathic link between multiple minds for high-speed conversations and decision-making. It was also possible between two different Time Lords. However, the Time Lord must be in physical contact with others for this ability to work.

Other odd features: Is a very cute, innocent looking child that usually throws others off guard when she comes up with very complex thoughts and voices them to others.

Personality and History

Personality: Elita is a very smart, intelligent, and sometimes cunning girl. She is also very shy around strangers that is until she is comfortable around them. The only person she really trusts is her foster mother, as she has no memory of anything prior to waking up on her couch. She carries a fob watch around her neck, not really knowing why. She feels it is important to her, but she doesn't know why that is.

Until she opens the watch and restores her Time Lord essence, she will be a completely different person than her normal self. She is very timid and shy, where as she would normally be bold and forthcoming. No matter what biology she has, she is still fragile and needs to be looked after and protected.

History: Elita was born during the last Great Time War, and sent away to the Time Lord Academy at the age of eight. However Amarantha and Czeslaw saw that they will not survive the war and neither will their precious child. So they took Elita away from Gallefry and hid her on Earth in the care of a portly, loving, childless woman. Elita was to use the Chameleon Arch for the first time to hide the fact that she is a Time Lord.

Soon after Elita’s arrival on Earth, an alien of unknown origins crash landed in her neighborhood and merged itself with human DNA to create an abomination of nature. It started to terrorize the neighborhood before it was even born, as it needed fresh blood from a child to survive. It grew up very quickly, and soon killed it’s mother. Then it continued to kidnap and kill nearby children. It wasn’t long before Elita was captured and prepared for consumption. She was of course rescued, but not by someone else. She used her own smarts and above average intelligence to save herself. She outsmarted the creature, and managed to talk it into leaving Earth for good.

She is still under the Arch and living like a human. The question is now, will it stay that way?
